This cover design is from my side project, Cover Stories, where I reimagined the cover of every book I read in a year. The aim was to experiment with mediums I had no prior experience with, gaining new skills along the way. For this first cover, I created a digital sketch of an aspidistra plant, refining it in Photoshop using textured brushes, halftones, and smudges.
