Bath Half Marathon 2022
On March 13th I will be running in the Bath Half Marathon.
This year, I'm running the race for Surfers Against Sewage, an awesome charity based on the rugged Cornish Coast. SAS were set up by a group of people who were sick of seeing the ocean they love being polluted by everything from sewage to plastic.
This is a cause close to my heart and I've been following their work for a few years now. SAS are not just surfers and they definitely are not just about sewage! They campaign for conservation and protections of our oceans, they lobby Government and industry, they run educational talks in schools and communities, organise beach cleans and loads of other brilliant things.
They want to see our oceans better protected and thriving in the future and that's why I'm supporting them and trying to raise as much as I can.
I've set a (hopefully) achievable goal of trying to raise £250 for them. I would really love your help getting there! Even if you can only spare a few pennies, it could make a huge difference.
Plus, knowing I've got your backing will be all the help and motivation I need to help get me get out of the front door on these cold winter evenings.
